who we are

Edgars Kārkliņš leads product development at ozofox.

From 2013 to 2023 he ran the IT company RIGA COMPUTER, which served dozens of Latvian companies, including INDEXO, Fortis Legal, Martas centrs, Arkolat, Cita Santehnika and Diamed — servers, networks, security and the systems a company cannot work without.

For ten years we saw where companies lose time and money — in calls that often go unanswered, in emails that wait days for a reply, in invoices piling up. Back then, this could only be solved with more people or expensive systems. Since 2025 we have been building it ourselves with AI — at a price that even a five-person company can afford.

After you apply, we get in touch within one working day. We agree on what we build, the price and the timeline; you give us descriptions, your price list and the number or email address the assistant will work on.

We build it in a test environment

In your own accounts, not ours. Before it goes live, you see and try everything yourself: you call, write and check the answers. You describe changes in plain language.

We switch it on and hand it over

The call assistant in three days, everything else in a week. An hour of training, access to the portal, and the system is yours. You pay only after it is built and launched — not before. After that, only for usage; if something doesn’t work, we help at any time.
